There are several ways to make payments to the city.

Effective May 1, 2021 the city will pass any debit card / credit card payment transaction fees charged by a financial institution or card processor to the customer.

NOTICE: We are asking our community for patience as you may experience longer than normal wait times to pay bills and receive related customer service.

The City recently implemented a computer software upgrade. Despite successful tests of the new system beforehand, we are currently experiencing certain processing issues that are complicating our ability to provide the normal level of customer experience that we strive for. We would like to apologize for any inconvenience and ask that you have some patience with our customer service reps if you experience delays.

We are working diligently on a solution, and will keep working until issues are resolved. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
