The City of Decatur has partnered with HERA Property Registry, LLC to administer its Foreclosure and Vacant Property Registration program. To comply with the Registration of At-Risk Properties ordinance, owners/mortgagees/trustees must register an at-risk property online via HERA Property Registry and pay a registration fee.
