Decatur, IL – The Illinois Department of Transportation is mailing a survey to residents and businesses along Main & Water Streets seeking feedback about on-street parking. This is the section between Pershing & Eldorado that will be reconstructed starting in 2025. The need for on-street parking is still being determined.
