Decatur, IL – A great partnership was announced today between Land of Lincoln Credit Union, Empowerment Opportunity Center, Richland Community College, the City of Decatur, and Decatur Trades & Labor Assembly. LLCU has graciously donated a home (2074 N Union St.) which, once rehabilitated by the City, Richland students, and Trades & Labor, will be transferred to EOC for use as transitional housing for displaced or un-sheltered families. The rehab work should be completed this year and we will be happy to show the final product then!
