Council discusses video gaming changes, moratorium extension

Decatur, IL – The Decatur City Council had a lengthy discussion on slots/video gaming and what changes they could make to slow its growth in Decatur. They also indicated a desire to extend the current pause on issuing any new video gaming licenses.
