Decatur, IL – Decatur has a new art attraction that is a great photo spot! Thanks to the Decatur Convention & Visitors Bureau, the Decatur Park District, and the Community Foundation of Macon County, large and colorful Decatur letters with the Illinois state outline are now installed near the Devon Lakeshore Amphitheater by the Lake.
