Decatur, IL – We are excited to welcome back the Farm Progress Show to Decatur this week! Thousands of visitors will arrive at Progress City located immediately north of Richland Comm. College, which will bring some traffic congestion in that area.
Restricted driving times & traffic flow approximately 5:30am – 11:30am each day as visitors arrive (Aug. 29-31):
– IL Rt. 48 (between Commercial Crossing and E Mound Rd.) only southbound traffic will be allowed
– Brush College Rd (from IL Rt. 48 to Commercial Crossing) only southbound traffic will be allowed
– Brush College Rd (from Mound Rd to Hubbard Ave) only southbound traffic will be allowed
There will also be heavy traffic flow without traffic direction restrictions each day approximately 4-6pm when visitors leave for the day.
Expect delays in this area, but please be aware and travel safely!
