Decatur, IL – The City of Decatur and Decatur Fire Department is ready to share with the public the newest Decatur fire station – Station 7 – with a ribbon cutting and open house on Tuesday, August 15, 2023. A Decatur Regional Chamber of Commerce ribbon cutting ceremony with the Mayor and City leaders will take place at 3:30 p.m., and an open house will follow until 6 p.m. Fire Station 7 is located at 3540 E Chestnut Ave, Decatur, IL.
