Pursuant to Illinois State Statute (65 ILCS 5/3.1-35-65), the City publishes an annual Treasurer’s Report in a local newspaper. The Report details the amount paid to all individual vendors whom the City paid more than $2,500 during the year and a listing of employee salaries grouped into categories.
