Decatur, IL – The Decatur City Council met for the first time in 2023 to conduct a study session on code enforcement strategies and Neighborhood Revitalization initiatives. No official action was taken during the study session. Council asked that City staff continues working on a number of suggestions that could be presented for action at future Council meetings.
