AT&T Outage Affecting “Pay by Phone” Method for Municipal Utilities (Water) Bill Customers

AT&T has suffered an outage which is affecting the ability for customers to pay their municipal utilities (water) bill using the “Pay by Phone” method. Currently, customers are not able to make water bill payments via phone however customers are still able to go online and make a payment if necessary.
